I knew this room had to be durable and washable, so that got me thinking of all things plastic and, naturally, retro, which in turn got me thinking about Pop Art; clean lines, strong simple shapes..it all seemed to make sense, and then I found a green plastic sofa going cheap, and I was sold on the idea! This room was so much fun to design, and I think this is the room most people I meet comment on, as something so out of the ordinary, surprising and joyful, and it got me 'Stand Out Space' once again.
